Online Business Development Training – terms of use
General usage
The Premier Boot Club's marketing helpline and remote learning packs are provided by Size 10½ Boots (the company).
Membership benefits are available for the duration of the member's FREE trial and therafter whilst their subscriptions are paid up to date.
The marketing helpline and remote learning packs are subject to these terms and conditions and members agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which may be changed by the company without further notice.
Membership type
The marketing helpline and remote learning packs are for the individual member ONLY and are not to be copied, distributed or shared with anyone else.
Free trial period
The free trial period is for 30 days, if you do not wish to proceed with the subscription you must cancel your subscription within the free trial period to avoid payment.
Purpose of the service
The company aims to provide practical business development advice to members via a marketing helpline and remote learning packs, as part of their Premier Boot Club membership fee.
Accessing advice
Members can access the Premier Boot Club marketing helpline with one enquiry per month. We are able to spend up to 30 minutes per enquiry.
Enquiries to be placed
By telephone: on 0115 924 7107 between 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Enquiries are handled by staff on a rota-basis; they do not need to be addressed to an individual consultant. We ask that members include with their enquiry the following information: name, business name, telephone/mobile number and email address.
Response time
We are committed to responding to enquiries within 24 hours, or 1 working day, of the enquiry being placed with us. If in exceptional circumstances this is not possible we will let you know at the time of your enquiry.
If you need a reply in a shorter deadline and you inform us of this at the time of placing an enquiry, we will do our best to meet it; however we cannot guarantee this. It will depend on our workload and on the nature of the enquiry.
Additonal charges (where applicable)
The marketing helpline advice is supplied as part of the membership fee within the terms of the membership. However, if your enquiry requires more than 30 minutes of our time then we will provide a fixed fee quote for you before we proceed with any further advice. Members are always notified of these costs before any further work is undertaken.
Our liability
We endeavor to ensure that all advice and support supplied to members through the Premier Boot Club facilities are correct. However neither the company nor its suppliers or employees can accept responsibility for errors, accuracy or incompleteness of any advice provided.
The company will not be liable for any loss of actual or anticipated income or profits or for any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by negligence, breach of contract or otherwise, whether or not such loss or damage is foreseeable.
