Bernard Savage

With 18 years of professional sales and marketing experience, including in-house roles at Procter & Gamble, Shell and Eversheds, Bernard is the founding member and driving force behind size 10½ boots.
He is also one of those unusual people who enjoys hard graft and has an obsession for detail – which makes him a great person to have work for you. Bernard wears size 10½’s; but of course he would do.
Courtney Borthwick

Courtney has specialised in professional service sales and marketing for over 12 years, including his former role as the Head of Marketing for Roythornes, a 21 partner Midlands based law firm.
Courtney brings to the team a wealth of business development experience to help you build the very best service sector client relationships.
Rachel Sharpe

Rachel has developed a wide ranging area of expertise, working at the Institute of Directors during her undergraduate placement year and more recently, at the Business Champions Programme.

Philippa provides valuable support to the Size 10½ team, and is happy to tackle anything and everything that arrives on her desk.
Philippa’s eye for detail and organisational skills are useful at work and in managing her 3 boys. To relax she enjoys the challenge of power-walking marathons to raise money for a breast cancer charity. Oh, and she makes a fantastic cup of tea!
Steve Thompson

Steve specialises in people training and development. A qualified lawyer, Steve was previously Chairman at Notts County Football Club; the 3rd Club in Notts after Mansfield and Forest.
Nicki Walker

Nicki previously worked in accounts for the NHS.
Since joining Size 10½ Boots, she juggles her role in book-keeping and management accounts with her three children, dog, 2 cats, and a tank full of fish!
Claire McPherson

Claire has joined Size 10½ Boots team from a background in print production which, though not traditionally known for writing talent, did occasionally allow her to put pen to paper. She is now able to expand her creative writing talents in managing our written materials.
(And be thankful her English degree has not gone to waste after all!)
