Bernard Savage

With 19 years of professional sales and marketing experience, including in-house roles at Procter & Gamble, Shell and Eversheds. Bernard is the founding member and driving force behind size 10½ boots.
He is also one of those unusual people who enjoys hard graft and has an obsession for detail – which makes him a great person to have work for you. Bernard wears size 10½’s; but of course he would do.

Philippa provides valuable support to the Size 10½ team, and is happy to tackle anything and everything that arrives on her desk.
Philippa’s eye for detail and organisational skills are useful at work and in managing her 3 boys. To relax she enjoys the challenge of power-walking marathons to raise money for a breast cancer charity. Oh, and she makes a fantastic cup of tea!
Andy Green

After 10 years as a solicitor in the City, Elspeth moved away to spend 3 years lecturing at University. She returned to private practice to work in 'training and development' and, after 4 years, realised where her real interest lay - in helping individuals to develop their personal and professional skills and seeing their confidence and motivation grow in the process.
In January 2005, she set up on her own and she now provides training and coaching initiatives to help professionals and their support staff develop themselves and their business skills.
Chris Henderson

Chris is now the principal and founder of Leadership Connections Ltd a coaching and development organisation. He specialises in coaching and delivering successful change programmes, helping to grow leadership capability.
Colin Dobell

Colin is senior management and finance professional with over 16 years experience within the outsourced services industry working for a number of leading providers including Group 4 and GSL. During this time Colin has led and won large scale tender PPP and PFI projects for Police, Immigration Removal Centres and Prison programmes as well as commercial management of other large-scale accommodation projects including GCHQ and The Met Office . Colin’s last post was FD and COO for the GEO Group UK Ltd where he started the business from scratch as part of a two-man team in 2005. In late 2009 he joined MITIE as MD for their new custodial services division, Care and Custody where he’s hoping to grow a significant and successful business.
Colin is a non-executive director of Mansfield Town Football Club and shares Bernard’s unhealthy and largely unexplainable affection for the Stags.
Ruth Spells

Ruth spent five years working in the travel industry in Botswana, but returned to the UK in 2009. Having worked for an air-charter company in Africa, co-ordinating and scheduling light aircraft, Ruth feels ready to take on the challenge of Bernard's diary!
In her spare time Ruth enjoys running and exploring the local countryside. A new hobby (yet to be mastered) is mountain biking, which she hopes is the perfect way to combine her love of keeping fit and the outdoors.
