- Send a pre-meeting email questionnaire to the group you'd like to be involved in the discussion to collate your initial thoughts on the firm's vision, strategy and business development objectives
- Put those replies into an order so you receive higher value from the meeting by allowing us to get straight into the planning rather than starting by trying to work out initial thoughts from scratch
- Facilitate a strategy session involving all of your firm's key stakeholders off-site or on-site
- Go back to our offices and, using our notes, put together a first draft of your strategy and accompanying tactical BD plan
- Come back and present your plan, then together we refine it until you have a plan you're comfortable to put into action
