To review and maintain the ethos that by focusing on their commercial reputation and internal skills will result in success.

Methodology

Client Service Reviews undertaken with key clients. Structured 30minute interviews undertaken with all staff (13 in total).

Results

Coda was pleased to learn that internally their structure is working and maintain that a ‘happy’ workforce is key to their success. Externally their reputation is first-class and the insight gained through client service reviews gave positive feedback for growth areas. Agreed quarterly management team away days and monthly team meetings would enable focus on this.
