What can lawyers and accountants learn about their reception experience from the Co-Op?

16 Jan 2015

I don’t know how many times I’ve been in our local Co-Op over the last years but I’d guess it’s over 1000. I’d also say that during that during that time and across those visits the turnover of staff has been, discounting seasonal students, pretty minimal. Lawyers and accountants should start their CRM plans with ‘what’ not ‘how’

07 Jan 2015

Although it’s a bit hackneyed January really is the best time to reflect on what’s come before and for a few minutes monastic contemplation on what’s going to come over the next year. Marketing lessons lawyers and accountants can learn from Kermode and Mayo’s Wittertainment

04 Dec 2014

Marketing lessons lawyers and accountants can learn from an argument about Elvis Presley

18 Nov 2014

At the weekend I ended up in a heated debate with my father in law on the subject of Elvis Presley; not admittedly a subject on which I am in any way an expert (or a novice) but one that just enough Rioja was able to provide me with an instant opinion on.
